poor lighting indifferent staff
The room was quite small and rather dusty. i noticed the bathroom lighting was poor. i also felt uneasy walking alone in the area surrounding the hotel at night. the staff seemed indifferent when i mentioned my concerns. They did not offer any real assistance.

excellent hotel experience
friendly staff spacious layout ample parking amazing breakfast
the staff were friendly and accommodating. my room had a spacious layout and offered all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. ample garage parking was available. the cafe attached to the hotel served amazing breakfast and lunch, and the coffee was especially good!!!
the gym is a bit cramped, i didn't really feel safe working out in there.

faulty air conditioning inoperable windows
the location proved acceptable for my needs.
the air conditioning malfunctioned. it switched off every five minutes. the absence of operable windows amplified the discomfort.
